Is your tree put away?
Have you recovered from your hangover?
Are the kids almost back to school?
It’s TIME. The gyms get crowded, the classes fill up and everyone I know goes on a diet. It’s the New Year!
So what is your plan? How do you expect to see results in 2008? Those of you loyal readers I would love to hear your resolutions. Here are MINE (fitness related only):
1. Do one exercise a week that involves enjoying the great outdoors
2. Run 2 5k races
3. Add Flax Seeds into my diet for optimal health
4. Broaden my range of Pilates instruction by taking at least 1 class from another instructor a month.
5. Do 20 mins a day of some sort of relaxing mind/ body exercise (Yoga pose, Hypnotherapy, Pilates)
